My Deposit (Remote Deposit Capture) User terms and conditions: The use of ESSENTIAL CREDIT UNION Check Deposit and/or other remote deposit capture services that ESSENTIAL CREDIT UNION or its affiliates ("ESSENTIAL CREDIT UNION", "us," or "we") may provide to you ("you," or "User"). Other agreements you have entered into with ESSENTIAL CREDIT UNION, including but not limited to the Deposit Account Agreement, Personal Internet Banking Disclosure, Business Internet Banking Disclosure or Mobile Services Agreement, as applicable to your ESSENTIAL CREDIT UNION account(s), are incorporated by reference and made a part of these terms and conditions.
