This Articulation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of INSERT EFFECTIVE DATE (the “Effective Date”), by and between Purdue University Global, Inc., an Indiana nonprofit, public benefit corporation and postsecondary SEI Affiliated Educational Institution, as defined in Indiana Code § 21-27-10 (“Purdue Global”) and College of Southern Maryland, (“Institution”) (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
