This School / School District Placement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 1st day of August, 2019 by and between the Alameda Unified School District, with an address located at 2060 Challenger Drive, Alameda, CA 94501 ("District"), and the University of Southern California, a California nonprofit educational institution, with an address of Waite Phillips Hall, 3551 Trousdale Parkway, ADM 352, Los Angeles, CA 90089 ("USC"). USC and School/District may be referred to collectively as the “parties” and individually as a “party.”
