made between the property owners of Stonewood Lodge (herein after referred to as “Owners”) and the undersigned parties set forth below in this Agreement and such other parties which joint to this Agreement (each referred to as a “Guest” and collectively, the “Guests”). This Agreement is made under and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Agreement (and the Addendum A to this Agreement) constitutes the entire agreement between the Owners and Guests with respect to the Property (as defined below). This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Owners and Guests and their respective heirs, successors, executors, representatives and assigns. The Guest’s name on this Agreement and signature on Addendum A -Waiver and Release of Liability or taking possession of the Property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the Agreement and your intent to use the Property for the sole purpose of a vacati
