This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision (“Seller”) and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a political subdivision (“Buyer”). Seller and Buyer shall sometimes hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individual as a “Party”.
