In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee / Bank under the Facilities Agreement, Deed of Assignment and Power of Attorney all dated 26th July 2012, entered between the Assignee/Bank and said Assignor/Borrower, and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Assignor/Borrower and Lancar Bersatu Sdn.Bhd ("the Vendor") dated 12th June 2012, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee / Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
