To secure consulting services in unlicensed areas such as professional development, musical instrument instruction, choreography instruction, catering services, or other services which are not considered professional services as defined in the Texas Education Code 44.031 and Texas Government Code 2254 the following steps are required. The following process should be started and the HCISD Contract/Consulting Agreement submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to date of service.
