This agreement is made on between the CAMPBELL COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT and ONE ON ONE LEARNING_ (Provider) for the purpose of providing supplemental educational services (SES) in compliance with applicable law, including the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and all regulations and guidance there under. District and Provider agree that this agreement shall be for SES for one or more students, each to receive at least 2 hours of instructional sessions per week, location to be determined, from the date of this contract until no later than INPUT DATE HERE.
