Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in a University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Walk-On Tryout, taking place at Huff Hall in Champaign, Illinois, April 22, 2018 for the University of Illinois Cheerleading Team (“Program”), I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and its respective officers, employees, and agents for any and all claims including those which result in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Program.
