Failure to receive your rental agreement, deposit and rental fee within 14 working days is considered a cancellation. $150 deposit must be check or cash. Separate checks required for deposit and rental fee. Rental fee may also be paid with a credit card at the office or over the phone. Rental fee is non-refundable.
