This agreement (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and ONS-Telecom, LLC (ONS), a Florida limited liability company and may refer to either BellSouth or ONS or both as a “Party” or “Parties”.
