This addendum to the Master Collective Bargaining Agreement is entered into between the Associations comprising the California Ironworkers Employers Council, Inc. (“Association”), Individual Contractors (Contractors who qualify individually under the State of California requirements for a “Carve Out” program) as listed in Attachment “A”, and the District Council of Iron Workers of the State of California and Vicinity (“Union”), pursuant to California Labor Code Section 3201.5.
