THIS AGREEMENT is made in Johnson County, Kansas, by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, hereinafter "City," and Brungardt Honomichl & Company, P.A., hereinafter "Construction Observer." City intends to use the services of Construction Observer to provide Construction Observation Services (hereinafter the "Services") for 2025 Street Improvement Project (Concrete) (MR-3096) (the "Project") in Overland Park, Kansas.
