Under this Agreement, Customer may order Eligible Products (EPs) from IBM. Details regarding EPs are provided in DIR-TSO-3996, Attachments, and Transaction Documents (TDs) such as Terms of Use, Service Descriptions, quotes, and Proofs of Entitlement (PoEs). DIR-TSO-3996, this Agreement, Attachments, and applicable TDs are the complete agreement regarding transactions by which Customer acquires EPs. Customer (also identified as the Originating Site in the Passport Advantage Enrollment Form) and the IBM Originating Company that accepts the Customer’s orders agree to coordinate the administration of this Agreement within their respective Enterprises, which includes the set of legal entities that, by more than 50%, owns, are owned by, or are under common ownership with the Originating Company.
