This oversight agreement is between the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (‘the Department’) and the Adoption Authority of Ireland (‘the Authority’) in line with the requirements of the revised Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies 2016. It replaces the previous agreement signed by the Secretary General of the Department and the CEO of the Authority in 2020.
