COSBY ("Employee") and STATE NATIONAL BANCSHARES, INC., a Texas corporation ("Employer"). This Agreement is an amendment and restatement of the employment agreement previously entered into between the Employee and the Employer and completely supersedes and replaces such prior agreement.
