This agreement is between the County of El Paso, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, on behalf of the El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department, hereinafter called "Customer", and BI Incorporated, a Colorado corporation authorized to do business in Texas, hereinafter called "BI". The following provisions are added to the extended warranty and support services agreement No. 082912CW1 by agreement of the parties. To the extent that any provisions in the main body of the agreement conflict with the provisions of this addendum, this addendum shall control.
