These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the terms of sale of cannabis goods (“Products”) by Event Horizon Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, dba Flow Cannabis Co. (“Distributor”), to the Customer identified on the signature page (“Customer”). Distributor and Customer are each a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”
