To the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this contract, this contract is subject to the following rules: The Trading rules of the National Oilseed Processors Association apply on soybean oil and meal; the Grain Trade rules of the National Grain and Feed Dealers Association apply on grain; and the Feed Trade Rules of the National Grain and Feed Dealers Association apply on millfeed and other commodities not specifically stated above. Buyer and Seller hereby acknowledge familiarity with the text of the trading rules referred to above. The Buyer and Seller agree that all disputes and controversies between them under this agreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules and regulations of the National Grain and Feed Association. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota.
