This Community Distributed Generation Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”), between _ (“Buyer”) and Abundant Solar Power Inc. (“Seller''), (Buyer and Seller referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
