This Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) is executed between Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Gilbane Building Company (“CM”) pursuant to the Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) between the CM and the District dated April 13, 2011 and as extended by Amendment No. 1 executed March 3, 2016. By this reference, the Agreement and Amendment(s) are incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
