This Master Software License and Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Canada Ltd., a limited company formed under the laws of Canada (“AvePoint”) including if and where applicable its Affiliates (as defined below), and your company or entity identified in the signature block below as Customer (“Customer”), for use of certain of AvePoint’s Services and/or Products (“Solutions”).
