SCRIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT - NON-ERCS FamilyScrip Program Agreement • August 18th, 2024
ERCS Scrip (referred to herein as “we,” “us” and “our”) sponsors a scrip program which allows you to purchase scrip. The scrip you purchase through our program generates rebates from the participating retailers. Because ERCS is located in Ohio, we are required to reduce the stated rebate on every transaction by 0.26% due to the Ohio Commercial Activity Tax. These rebates can be used as a credit to the school account of a designated family, cash back to you, and/or a gift to the school. The parties agree as follows:
