IT IS HEREBY AGREED, by and between the Racine Unified School District (“District”) and Dr. Eric Gallien (“Superintendent” or “Dr. Gallien”), that the District does hereby employ Dr. Eric Gallien in the position of Superintendent of Schools and both parties agree that such employment shall be governed by the terms and conditions in this contract.
