This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of latest signature (the “Effective Date”) by Jitterbit Inc., or any of its Affiliates as set forth in an Order Form, a Delaware corporation with principal offices located at with offices at 1101 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 201, Alameda, CA 94501 (“Jitterbit”), and the entity that is the signatory to the Order Form (“Customer”). By clicking a box indicating acceptance to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or by executing an Order Form that references this Agreement, Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions hereof.
