I, _ hereby understand “Personal Information Protection Act,” “The enforcement rules of the Personal Information Protection Act,” and other relevant laws and regulations, and comply with the content of each regulation. All personal data (information) handled, kept, or contacted during the service period of NCU or within 10 years of resignation shall not be disclosed in any form; spread, copy, inform, deliver, transfer, etc., without the consent of NCU (written authorization). If violated the above regulations and cause losses to NCU, one will be liable for the damages in accordance with the law and shall accept legal liabilities related to civil and criminal laws.
