This Hosting Addendum (this “Addendum”) is entered into as of , 20 , between WebCollage, Inc. (“WebCollage”) and the entity named on the signature line to this Addendum (“Content Provider”). This Addendum supplements the Terms of Service set forth on the WebCollage web site at www.webcollage.com. If any provision of this Addendum conflicts with a provision of the Terms of Service, this Addendum will prevail. Capitalized terms which are used in this Addendum without definition have the respective meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
