THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of February, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE COUNTY OF ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois (“Seller”), as seller, and APERION CARE, INC., an Illinois corporation, or its permitted assignee (“Purchaser”), as purchaser.
