We understand that we will be given access to logos, images, trademarks and service marks, copyrighted imagery, and other content owned by Ekena Millwork and its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide (“the Materials”). Such access is provided for use in literature or advertising and on our Internet site for the sale of these products solely from Ekena Millwork as set forth in this Agreement (the “Purpose”) and not for any other purpose.
