The Agreement entered into this 22nd day of June, 2023 by and between the Watervliet Education Support Personnel Association hereinafter called the "Union" and the Board of Education of the Watervliet Public Schools of Watervliet, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board." This agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2023,and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2026. This agreement shall not be extended orally and it is expressly understood that it will expire on the date indicated.
