This Agreement is made by and between (the “Contractor”) and the Association, Inc. (the “Customer”) and covering a calendar year beginning January 1, 20152016 and ending December 31,st of 20152016. The purpose of this Agreement is to state the terms and conditions under which the Contractor will provide grounds maintenance to the Common Areas owned by the Customer (“Neighborhood”), as noted below and identified on Exhibit “A”(Site Plan).
