A request has been received from NV Energy to enter into an agreement for access to equipment easement at Raul P. Elizondo Elementary School. Clark County School District will construct a fence, but otherwise unenclosed area for electrical and related communication equipment, known as the Utility Yard. NV Energy is requesting a perpetual right and easement to construct, operate, add to, modify, maintain, and remove the Facilities within, on, over, and across the Utility Yard. NV Energy also requests a 24 hour direct access to the Utility Yard with no prior authorization.
