WHEREAS, this Data Sharing Agreement (“DSA”) is by and between the Department of Labor (both “Participating Agency” and “Data Integration Hub”) and the State Department of Education (both “Participating Agency” and “Data Recipient”), together referred to as “Party” or “Parties” or “Participating Agencies” and is effective as of the last date of the signature shown below (“Effective Date”);
