This Master Network Interconnection and Resale Agreement (“Agreement”) between XO Network Services, Inc. (“XO”) and United Telephone Company of the West (“Sprint”), (herein collectively the “Parties”), dated this 31st day of October, 2003 for the State of Nebraska.
