Visit Orlando may terminate this Agreement at any time effective immediately upon written notice to Contributor. Visit Orlando will not be liable for any payment to Contributor after the termination date. Contributor agrees to refund to Visit Orlando a pro-rata share of payment paid to Contributor but unearned as of the date of termination.
