This Intergovernmental Agreement Concerning the Provision of Wildland Fire Protection Services and Reimbursement of Costs (Agreement) dated May 1, 2023, is between and among the Board of County Commissioners of Routt County, Colorado (BCC), the Routt County Sheriff (Sheriff), the Routt County Public Works Department, the Routt County Office of Emergency Management (OEM), the Steamboat Springs Area Fire Protection District (AFPD) by and through the City of Steamboat Springs (Steamboat Springs), the North Routt Fire Protection District (FPD), the West Routt Fire Protection District (FPD), the Oak Creek Fire Protection District (FPD), the Yampa Fire Protection District (FPD), and Craig Fire Rescue.
