Springfield City School District Professional Agreement for Certificated Administrative Personnel,Exempt Administrative Employees • August 4th, 2023
The salaries of all employees covered in this agreement shall be determined in accordance with these schedules, with the exception of the salaries of the Superintendent, Treasurer and Executive Director and Director level positions. The Superintendent and Treasurer agreements shall be set by the Board of Education. Director level placement on the Board approved salary schedule shall be based on the Superintendent’s discretion and approval. All other fringes will be designated by this agreement.
