This Agreement is made and entered into this TBD, 20123 by and between WASHINGTON RIVER PROTECTION SOLUTIONS, LLC. (WRPS), its successors, hereinafter called “the Employer,” and the Hanford Atomic Metal Trades Council, AFL-CIO, hereinafter called “the Council,” and is applicable to all work done under the Tank Operations Contract (TOC) River Protection Project (RPP), by the work force defined in Article I of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
