These terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are made and entered into as of the date that this Agreement is executed either online by Customer’s click-through acceptance of this Agreement or by signing a Babelway order form (the “Effective Date”), by and between Babelway SA, a Belgian company (“Babelway”), and Customer, the entity on whose behalf this Agreement is executed (“Customer”), provided that no other contract between Babelway and Customer supersedes the present Agreement.
