THIS CONTRACT for the sale and purchase of water, flushed for the purpose of ensuring water quality, is entered into as of the day of 2018 between the Town of Robbins (hereinafter referred to as Seller ''), and the Moore County Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser'').
