INC., a British Columbia corporation with an address at Suite 400 – 1681 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada V6J 4M6 (“Us”, “We” or “Our”) and Our Customer (“You” or “Your”). This Agreement is entered into and becomes a legally binding agreement between Us and You, when You use the Services (as defined below). This Agreement may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of §13.10; while We will try to give you notice thereof in advance, We encourage you to check the Services for the latest version of the Agreement from time to time or notices about such changes.
