This Remote Deposit Capture Service Agreement, ("Agreement") governs your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Re- mote Deposit Capture Service (“Service” or “Remote Deposit Cap- ture Service”) offered to you by EastRise Federal Credit Union, ("Credit Union"). Your use of the Remote Deposit Capture Service is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any amendments made from time to time, and to any additional manu- als, instructions, requirements, procedures, or specifications (col- lectively “Documentation”) provided to you within the service, which are incorporated by reference herein. In this Agreement, the words “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to EastRise Federal Credit Union. The words “you” and “your” refer to the consumer member or business member using the Service.
