HOUSING CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONSMaryville University • December 10th, 2015
This plan includes housing for Fall and Spring academic sessions. Students who wish to stay during the break period must complete the necessary paperwork in the Residential Life Office. There is an additional charge to stay in housing over the winter break period. Meals are included only when classes are in session. Contract begins at noon the Saturday prior to the first day of classes. Non-graduating students must vacate 24-hours after their last final exam or no later than 5:00 p.m. on the last day of finals, whichever occurs first. Students who are graduating must vacate their residential housing space no later than 12 noon the day after commencement.
