This Contract is made and entered into by and between Lewis County hereinafter referred to collectively as the “COUNTY” and HDR Engineering Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as the “CONSULTANT.” The COUNTY and the CONSULTANT together, are hereinafter referred to as the “PARTIES.”
