This Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 10th day of June, 2021 (“Agreement Date”) by and between Illinois-American Water Company, an Illinois corporation (“Illinois-American”), and Village of Hardin, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Hardin”).
