The term of this Agreement shall be for five (5) year, provided however, any Work Order entered into prior to the expiration of the five (5) year period shall not terminate prior to completion of the Services contemplated therein, and this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as to such Work Order or subsequent Change Orders unless or except the Parties mutually agree otherwise.
