This CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON‐DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (“Confidentiality Agreement”) dated is given in connection with or in contemplation of a commercial real estate purchase agreement and/or a business purchase agreement (“Purchase Agreement”), regarding property described as General Hardware Store, Bakersfield, CA (the “Property”), by and between Sprague Real Estate Group, Inc. (“Broker”) and (“Buyer”) and the owner of the Property (“Seller”).
