In consideration of the Harvard Sportsmen’s’ Club of Harvard, Massachusetts, (hereinafter referred to as “Club”) permitting my minor child (under 18 years of age), to engage in shooting or other activities on the grounds of said Club, I, on my own behalf, that of my minor child, and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, administrators and assigns hereby waive and release any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits and rights I, my minor child, or anyone acting on my behalf, might have against the said Harvard Sportsmen’s Club, their officers, board members, safety officers, club members or other agents of said Club or entity for personal injury, including death, illness, emotional or medical condition, medical or other expense that my minor child may suffer or that my minor child may cause another to suffer, or loss or damage to my property or that of my minor child which I, my minor child or anyone claiming through me, may have against said Club, entity or individual, its o
