The undersigned hereby certify and swear or affirm under penalty of perjury of the Laws of the State of Washington: (1) That title to the above described properties within the District is held by our martial community; (2) That our marital community has a common agreement authorizing the person identified above to vote the ballots on behalf of the ownership; and (3) that he/she/they understand that it is a felony under the laws of the State of Washington to knowingly misrepresent your qualifications to vote or to vote a ballot which one is not legally entitled to vote. See RCW 29A.84.130 and 29A.84.660.
