By accessing or using Agora, Customer accepts these Schlumberger Agora Services Terms and Conditions (“T/Cs”) with effect from the Effective Date. The T/Cs, with a Quotation (if applicable), form an "Agreement" for the purpose of accessing or using the Agora. Any contrary, inconsistent, or additional provisions contained in Customer’s purchase order or other Customer documentation is expressly rejected.
